Flammable Liquid Storage Cabinet

Our flammable liquid storage cabinets are constructed using sturdy 18 gauge (1mm) thick double-wall, non-riveted, welded steel with 38mm of insulating air space for fire resistance. Fail-safe closing mechanism ensures three-point stainless steel bullet latching system works every time. Reflective warning labels are highly visible under fire conditions or during power outages when illuminated with a flashlight. Its qualities include:-

• Fully welded, not riveted, construction which holds the structure for a longer period of time and offers greater protection in a fire since air gaps are reduced.
• Safety shelves that direct spills to back and bottom of leak-proof sump. Adjustable on 60mm centers, they meet ANSI standards with a 99kg theoretically allowable load.
• Welded shelf hangers that are interlocked with the shelf to offer maximum "nonslip" stability with no flimsy brackets to lose.
• Dual vents with built-in flash arresters which are strategically placed at the bottom and the opposite top of the cabinet.
• 51-mm leak-proof containment sump that holds leaks and meets US EPA requirements.
• Continuous piano hinge that provides better open-close smooth operation, ensuring endurance and reliability.
• Durable and chemical-resistant, lead-free powder-coat paint finish, inside and out, which retains high gloss look and minimizes the effects of corrosion and humidity.
